Biztalk 2002 HTTP receive (biztalkhttpreceive.dll) on Windows2003

Hi ,
   After I upgraded the windows 2000 to windows 2003, the HTTP receive function doesn't work anymore even after I changed the win2003 settings according to the Biztalk2002 SP1 Readme(enable isapi extension....).
   The error I received from the HTTP receive is
"An error was encountered while parsing the response from the HTTP server"
there is no HTTP status code (since it is not a valid http response).
   
  Could you please list me the correct steps to set up HTTP receive function on Windows 2003 for biztalk 2002.
