Related item not show in BAM portal

Tech-Archive recommends: Speed Up your PC by fixing your registry

The goal is to capture the request message, log it to database and
show it in BAM portal. I've checked the data is already in the BAM
database, as shown below

However, when I go to BAM portal, it shows nothing under the 'Related
Document'!!
