Yes - you will have to have a receive location per folder. there is no way using the out-of-the-box file adapter to poll more than one folder.
There is more than one way to create receive locations dynamically - WMI, VBScript, PowerShell, .net code. are all possible.
whether you can fully automate this and which technology you will use depend on whether (and how) you can trigger this.

Hi Again,
I have about a hundered subdirectory as receive locations in a main directory.
1-Do I have to create 100 receive locations or is there an easier way?
2-Is it possible to manage this sub directories dynamically. Whenever we add a new sub directory I do not want to add a new receive location to BTS.
Thanks
Kenan
