Forgot to say that it is the log file that is 2G not the database file.
When and how it is appropriate to shrink? is it better to use Shrinkdatabase
or shrinkfile?

Hi Salam,.
The job "MessageBox_Message_ManageRefCountLog_BizTalkMsgBoxDb" is designed
to execute forever and should never stop. This is because its
responsibility is mentaining reference counters in BizTalk MessageBox db.
If the job is stopped, the server will encounters serious issue that the
MessageBox will become larger and larger.
So if the job can be started properly, please do not stop it again and
montior if it's running smoothly.
Thanks.
