BizTalk HTTP Receive on IIS 7

I can't seem to get a HTTP Recive confiured correctly on Vista and I'm
sure I'm missing a configuration step somewhere.

Can anyone point me in the direction of instructions for configuring
IIS 7.0 (on Vista) for use with a HTTP Receive adatper ? All the walk-
throughs I have found are for IIS 5 or IIS 6.
