Receive Location showing green, but not receiving!

I have a FTP-receive location that has worked for months. But today I checked manually and saw that it should pickup a file but didn't. I refreshed the admin console view to check it was green and it was.

I stopped and started the receive location and it directly picked up the file just as it should.

I looked in the event log and could find some troubles reported yesterday with the FTP-site, but only warnings not error. I have a 10min polling intervall and error threshold at 10. The FTP-log was not activated.

Have anyone seen this before?
