In my case drag and drop is not usable.
I do not have full access to the machine where the assembly is to be
deployed. I'm using a setup project to create a MSI which does the
installation, deployment, GAC etc. automatically on the target machine.

As far as I can tell, this works the same as using gacutil.exe.

Is there an easy way except gacutil.exe, to make sure the assembly is in
the
GAC.
