I guess, context.Read("PartyName","http://schemas.microsoft.com/
BizTalk/2003/messagetracking-properties") can be used in send pipeline
code to get the party information. For more information refer -

I have a need to write both a functoid and a custom send pipeline that
can pull the Destination Party name from the message context. I have
found where I can access this in an ochestration by using pInmsg
(BTS.DestinationParty) and I have seen where I can use
%DestinationParty% in the send port but I can not find the method that
I can use in code to be able to access this information. Not sure why
I can not use the BTS.DestinationParty but if it is possible, I can
not figure out what reference I am missing. Thank you in advance for
any help you can provide.
