If you are not using Real Time Aggregation, connect to the "Integration
Services" using the SQL Server Management Studio and look under the Stored
Packages/MSDB folder. The packages should be there. You can either run it
manually from there or create a SQL Agent job to schedule the package.

Ok, thanks, the add-in was not in the default excel file, I needed toadd
the
addin. I continued working with the existing excel file, launched the exe
and
data were generated which I was able to query in the Bam portal.
However, before the end of the tutorial, it is indicated the following :
"To view the OLAP cubes (if you created them), you must manually run the
DTS packages that have been dynamically created.
For more information about running DTS packages, see SQL Server Books
Online."
I checked my 2005 sql server, there is no DTSs created? Also, I connected
to
Analysis services, I was astonished that there was no cubes are created.
There is only one cube for the preceding tutorial I had done the
BamEndToEnd.
So where does data come from in the BAM portal ? Does BAM query directly
the
BAM databases
Thanks

In BizTalk 2006, there's no "default" BAM template anymore. If you've
installed the BAM tools, when you open Excel you should have a BAM
add-in,
and a menu. From that menu item you can create new BAM Activities.
If you're working with BizTalk 2004, then a default BAM template should
exist.

Hi, I understood from sdk example "The BAM API sample" that there
should be a
file called BAM.xls in the "installation path\tracking" directory. I
don't
have this file in this directory, also I checked the BTS CD, it was not
there
as well.
Where can I find a clean copy of theis file.
Thanks
