In a scope shape of my orchestration I call another orchestration. If theThat should definately work.
child orchestration does not handle an exception, wouldn't the catch block
in the parent orchestation associated with the scope catch the exception?
My tests would suggest it never makes it to the catch - I have an expression
shape that writes to the event log in the catch but nothing is created when
the child orchestration generates an exception. Or is there some specific
setup necessary to enable this?
I have placed a sample project at
http://www.eliasen.dk/biztalk/CallOrchestrationCatchException.zip -
tale a look at it and see if it meets your needs.
Are you by any change using "Start Orchestration" instead of "Call
Orchestration"?
