port set to 'deliverynotification=transmitted' never get notified

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

The purpose is to gurantee the message is successfully delivered, I set
the port 'delivery notification' to transmitted, and looking for
DeliveryFailureException. In my scenario, send port will also
initialize a correlation set which the receive port immediately follows
to get the response. Problem is, the ACK/NACK notification is never
generated and my exception hanlder isn't of use at all. The
orchestration just dehydrolated. Confused.
