Custom Adapter Wizard for BT 2006

I was given a link to at GotDotNet page that contained a wizard tool
for creating custom adapters in BT 2004. I have tried to download this
tool and install, but have not been able to do so successfully.

Has anyone been able to use this tool with 2006? If yes, how? If not,
is there a similar tool that can be used for 2006?
