I replied to a post on microsoft.public.biztalk.general newsgroup subject
Help with error "80070005" and desperately need resolution. I am experiencing

The problems are in my dev environment: Win XP Pro, IIS 5.1, BT 2006 with
local SQL 2005 Standard Edition database.
I have tried all recommended solutions:
1. Adding ASPNET to the BT Isolated User Group etc.
2. Granted read/write perms on %temp% folder for ASPNET and BT Iso. User
Group.
3. The URIs in my receive locations match that running in IIS - they were
generated by BT Web Service Publishing Wizard.
4. All appears to be setup correctly in BT for my application: Receive
Locations enabled, Orchestrations are bound and running.
I have reintalled BT 2006 2 times each with different user accounts all with
local admin priviledges but still no luck. I don't know what else to check.
It seems that BT does not configure correctly in my environment even though
the configuration tool shows "green" check marks on all items configured.
Please help! I'm desperate - would anyone be willing to look at my
environment via net meeting / Web Ex?
