Well, it can surely be done. You need a schema for the customer file
and a schema for the orders-file. You then use a parallel convoy in an
orchestration and a map to combine the documents.
If performance will be good enough, I can't tell.. I don't know
anything about your requirements. But BizTalk can be scaled out into
many servers, which will also split the work load out onto several
servers.
