My best bet will be look at some of the Biztalk WMI API's, they have supports for working with suspended messages programmatically, so I assume that should solve your problem.
Accessing Biztalk databases via normal SQL operation is not advisable.

I am looking for the message bodies of some 500 suspended messages. I
would like to just get a list of the message id's from HAT (e.g. copy
and export to a table in the DB) and then run a query against where
ever those messages are held to get the body rather than right-clicking
on each and viewing message. Any ideas?

the query HAT uses to show suspended messages?)
Thanks.
