create Receive port dynamically

Hi All

I have little month experience in BizTalk 2004. But i have good
knowledge in Asp.net and c#.net.

Q: How can i create Receive port dynamically? And i want to set the
receive location during Runtime. That path will get from some config
file (.Xml).
whether this is possible or not .If yes, how I can achieve that
