BTS 2004 File Truncation Problem

I am experiencing a problem with respect to the occasional truncation
of a larger (approximately 160 mb) passthru XML file?
Process Flow:
1) I FTP a 160 mb file (XML document) from the mainframe to the
FTP server.
2) The file is then treated as a passthru from an FTP receive
port location.
3) The file is then "intercepted" by a send port group and
"routed" to 2 destinations each of which is defined by a send port
within the send port group. These send ports are also passthru.
4) The file is then treated as a passthru from a File receive
port location.
5) An orchestration then acts on the message and the message is
sent to a dynamic send port using the passthru transmit.
6) The orchestration then creates and email message and sends
this message to a dynamic send port using the default pipelines XML
transmit.
Problem:
1) Sometimes a truncated file ends up in the 2 destinations
described in step 3 of the Process Flow.
2) We have even seen the one large source file end up as 2
truncated files in the 2 destinations described in step 3 of the
Process Flow.
3) We are currently using Active Mode FTP and Max File Size of
200 in the FTP Transport Properties of the Receive Location described
in step 2 of the Process Flow.
I would be most appreciative of any advice/insight you might have with
respect to this problem.
Thanks.
