Re: Scope shape hangs waiting for delivery confirmation from FTP port

A slight update. I have found the message that was sent to the FTP send port
in the HAT. It has a status of active with Delivered, Not Consumed. Strange
as the file was actually sent successfully via FTP - for some reason the
confirmation has not been received.

Hi. Had a curious thing happened yesterday on the production server; we
have an orchestration that FTPs a file over to a server. The dynamic send
port is encapsulated in a scope shape. Delivery notification is configured
to true.
For whatever reason the orchestration is stuck in the scope shape - I
presume because a delivery notification from the FTP send port was never
received. However, the file has definitely been posted over to the server.
There are no errors or warning messages.
Any idea how this situation can happen? Why doesn't the scope shame
timeout waiting for a delivery notification? How can the file be sent
successfully but the notification not receive?
Any info useful. Thanks!
