Effect of input EDI and the generation of XML using HIPAA

Hi,
The XML file generated through HIPAA by input our 837D EDI file is in
the format.
2000A .
2000B .
2000C .
.
.
This structure may repeat for the same billing provider and so
on.whenever there is a change in the lower level
loops.
Is it possible that a certain EDI 837D input file may generate an XML
structure like the following.
2000A
2000B
2000C
2000C
2000B
2000C
2000B
2000C
