Hi all,

I download and installed a CA certificate on my BTS machine by following the
link below. However, when I posting a request to a HTTPS site, I got "The
specified client certificate cannot be loaded.". I looked at the cer from
mmc and it seems alright. I called a person at the HTTPS site and his IIS
log didn't see any posting from our end. It seems like our BTS doesn't like
the cer, correct? Did I do something wrong or the suggestion provided by the
following link doesn't apply to us.

Many thanks.

Abel Chan
