BizTalk SP1 Problem?

I recently installed the BizTalk 2004 SP1 to overcome the "Object reference
not set to an instance of an object" with large maps. That seemed to
correct the problem. However, I am not getting that same exception when I
compile some complex schemas that have multiple imports. I have confirmed
that it complies fine on a BizTalk install without the SP1 appplied.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
  Craig
