You need to create a MMC console and load the Certificates MMC component.
This will allow you to manage certificates for the local computer and your
own certificate store.

You also need to access BizTalk's certificate store which is a part of the
user account that the BizTalk service runs under.

To get access you can either log off and then run the certificates MMC
snap-in or just run the snap-in using the "Run As..." option and specifying
the BizTalk account.

To create a blank MMC console, goto Start->Run, type "mmc", press Run. Once
that opens go to File->Add/Remove Snap-in..., then Add, choose Certificates,
and specify the "Computer Account". Then repeat that to add another
Certificates snap-in and choose "My User Account".

You can find out where to install the certificates by looking in the BizTalk
2004 Help guide.

Good luck.
