I'm trying to create a deployment binding file for a BTS 2004 solution. I'm
using the Deployment Wizard to create the binding file. However, when I do
this only the send-ports that include this project's custom pipelines are
included in the Binding file. I want to include all end-point objects:
   * Send Port Groups
   * Send Ports
   * Receive Ports
   * Receive Locations

How can I make these other objects be included in the Binding file?

Thanks,
   Jeff
