Create one File Output for every input record ???

Hi all
I use BizTalk 2002 !
I have a stockItem Business Document with S Item Records in it.
For the target system i need to create for every <item> a file.
So i will have S output files with only one <item> tag.

Where can i acheive this ? Via Editor or via Mapper ?
