Hi Suraj,

I recently installed BizTalk 2004 on 2 Windows 2003 Servers. Both of them
were not silent installs but I did encounter may problems during
installation. Various issues are as follows:

1. SQL Server 2000: Need to have SP3
2. If you want to install BAS then OLAP Services SP3 on SQL Server 2000 SP3
is required.
3. Again if you want BAS then a SharePoint site is required. I had to
uninstall Frontpage 2002 server extentions and install Sharepoint Team
Services V 2.0, extend a web site as virtual server and then provide a name
to site in the configuration wizard (do not create the site in advance) .
4. Create and use a user (domain or computer) other than Administrator for
all the BizTalk related services. Configuration with Administrator as user
for many services fails.
5. Use Administrator only for Enterprise Single Sign On Service.
6. If your configuration fails, everything is rolled back except the
database which are created. Delete them manually when you restart the
configuration.
