Pipeline error

I just created a positional flat file schema and when I try it I get this error:
Unexpected data found while looking for:
$Delimited$
The current definition being parsed is DECL_HA34_3. The stream offset where the error occured is 0.

What am I doing wrong and what is $Delimited$ standing for.
Schema is to big to post here. But this the flat file:
