Siddharth,

When deploying, you will be hitting file and subdirectories in your project
folder, DLLs in the BizTalk Server 2004 folder, and the BizTalk Management
Database on the SQL Server. Make sure that you have the necessary
permissions to hit the files and you have the BizTalk accounts set up to
hit the Management Database. You can find the account requirement
information for BizTalk 2004 in the helpfiles at Microsoft BizTalk Server
2004 > Deployment > Configuring BizTalk Server > About BizTalk Server
Configuration > Windows Group and User Accounts in BizTalk Server

Thanks,
Shaheer Abubucker
Microsoft Biztalk Server Team

Start > Control Panel > Administrative tools > Computer Management > Local
Users and Groups > Groups
Check if your login account is a member of SSO Administrators

It doesn't matter if your login account is a member of local Administrators
group.
The purpose of other BizTalk groups are documented.
Make your account member of appropriate BizTalk specific groups.
