Hi,
Ref the Shut down and log off option for outlook, how does this work with
users that have already been deleted and won't have followed this option?

Hi Jan,
If your clients are still using Outlook 2000, make sure that the users use
the Shut down and Log off option when they close Outlook. If they don't
choose the log off option, the license will not be released.
