Error on: Add User Wizard

Sir,
Recently I am facing a serious problem of not being able to add user to my
SBS2000 Server. When I try to add a new user, it gives the error message as
follows:
Add User Wizard:
The Home folder you specified does not exist. [OK]

Any body, please do help me to solve the above problem.
