It was. Same as Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition is today (that's the equivalent WS2003 edition).

No. There'd be no logic to that.

Nope. And I doubt that you'll find any. You might try the WayBack Machine, and see if you can get relevant MS pages from that era (www.archive.org) but there are no guarantees with the WBM.
