You can introduce a Windows 2003 Server as a DC, make it a DNS, WINS and Global Catalog server as well

I have a client that has SBS 2000. They want to totaly go away from SBS 2000
and use only a 2003 server domain. How can I get the 2003 server to be the
FSMO holder without doing a force take over from the 2000 SBS server? If I
upgraded the 2000 SBS server to 2003 SBS would this help any? I would like to
beable to remove the 2000 SBS server without forcing a take over. Any cluse
on how to do this?
