A couple of questions for you:
1. Does viewing sub folders work for other users?
2. What happens when the user clicks on the + symbol next to the InBox?
3. Does this fail when using OWA in premium mode? in basic mode?

Hi,

I have a user that has subfolders under his InBox. In OWA he cannot see
these subfolders, can you advise what to check.
