E-mail messages are not successfully downloaded and events 12050 and 12052
are logged in Small Business Server 2000

POP3: fAILED TO CHECK THE POP3 account of <user e-mail> at host <ISP mail
server> on port 110. The error is 10060.

I haven't found the source of this problem and have identified what error
10060 means. The user receives mail.

Please help.
