Yes, I have on several occasions. (Ghost 2003 I believe our version is.) A
few things to watch out for though.
Ghost may or may not work on RAID drives. Symmantec's stand is "It might, it
might not, we're not going to support it either way." It has worked OK on
our mirrored drive.
Take the time to run an integrity check on the image file after it's done.
Sometimes it looks like it finished OK but the image isn't readable. One
time I did have to rebuild our entire SBS from scratch because Ghost
couldn't read the image disk.
There is a server version, (but I don't think it's called Ghost, I forget
what the name is,) that will work on servers and RAID drives, etc., but
looking at the price tag of it, Symmantec is really, really proud of it.
