See the Version upgrade (from SBS 2000 --> SBS 2003 Premium) plus the VUP
CALs for the SBS 2000 CALs you now own.

Hi All

I'm running sbs2000 with 10 clients. Some of the clients run Outlook 2000
and others run Outlook 2003 (we don't have enough liceneses for Outlook
2003).
There is a known issue with Outlook 2000 where it hangs at shutdown, if
you had opened a mailbox that was previously used with Outlook 2003.
Strange behaviour but there doesn't seem to be an available fix from MS
other than upgrading Outlook to a newer version.

I have read that the SBS2000 SP1a includes the upgrade for Outlook 2002 if
you order the CD kit.
I would like to ask you if this information is correct and if we are
legally entitled to upgrade Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2002 using SP1a.
If so, do you know how can I order the CD kit for SP1a?

Thank you very much for your time
Pedro Ramilo
