Have you tried contacting Netflow support?

Thank you John, but
NO installation of NetFlow on Client PCs.
After the removal, the browser the server not found instead of Netflow
LogIn
page.
The text string in Address box is the requested URL appended by
/netflow/jspui/index.jsp no matter what URL is requested.

Is there a client installation of Netflow you need to remove from the
computers? Seems like the client portion would need to be removed as
well
as the server portion.

I had Netflow Analyzer software installed some days ago on the server.
After a power outage, all the systems restarted. Since then the client
PCs
can not access Internet, whatever URL they requested, they always be
redirected to URL/netflow/jspui/index.jsp. I removed the Netflow
Analyzer
software, still the same thing.
Can anybody tell me how to solve this problem?
We are running Small Business Server 2000 on the domain server and
Windows
XP on the client PCs.
