Upgrade

I want to perform the upgrade to SBS 2003 Premium on the same hardware.
Does anyone know how long it will take? Any precautions I should follow?

You *should* get Vista on a new machine and not downgrade to XP, but you probably *shouldn't* get Vista retail as your hardware won't take it well. ...
