Look at new hardware such Dell with OEM version of SBS 2003 and CALS. This
will be your least expensive way of getting up to SBS 2003 R2 and getting
new hardware to run it.

Is is possible to add a new member server to a SBS 2000 domain and
have it run Exchange 2003/2007(removing the Exchange 2000 instance)?
