We have a client that can receive e-mail from any outside entity except for
one. We have already checked to be sure that there isn't any software that is
filtering SPAM or viruses and it's not a rules based issue with Outlook. We
have them running on Postini for a Spam solution, however the outside party
is whitelisted in Postini and it shows that their e-mail is making it through
to Exchange. WHat happens is that it get's sent to advance queuing, then the
categorizer, then it says it get's delivered to the local store but right
after that it says that an NDR was generated and the e-mail is not delivered
to the inbox. Any insight would be helpful. Thanks!
If it's being bounced by Exchange, then there has to be either Exchange anti-spam measures or mailbox rules at work. Rules would be unlikely to cause a bounce message, so I'd be looking at Exchange itself.
