Adsl conflicting my Lan while Sharing my Adsl for my client pcs

Hi there to every 1,

I have a problem regarding adsl conflicting with my Lan

I am using windows advance server 2000 with 2 network cards on it.
One for Adsl which has static ips provided by my isp which is like this

Ip Add: 192.168.1.2
Subnet: 225.225.225.0
Default gateway: 192.168.1.1

Pref Dns: 210.56.14.146
Alt Dns : 210.56.8.8
-----------------------------------
Second one is my LAN adopter
IP Add: 192.168.0.1
Subnet: 225.225.225.0
Default gateway: empty
Pref dns: 192.168.0.1
---------------------------------------

Now I share my Adsl adopter it gives a warning your about to share this
connection and it might cause network disturbance but I do continue and
share it...
-------------------------
Now on client i give these settings
Pc1
Ip Add: 192.168.0.2
Subnet: same as above
Default gateway: 192.168.0.1
Alt dns: 210.56.14.146 (this is for adsl browsing)
Pref dns: 210.56.8.8 (this is for adsl browsing)
-----------------------------
Now every thing seems to work fine client access shared resources for
fewer time, print goes on but after some time shared resources stop
working, but internet goes fine it never halts up.
--------------------------
When i check my client pc event viewer I get these errors over there
Autoenrolment error
userlogon error
win32 time sync error
Group policy error
cannot find the domain controller stuff
this means my client pc is not getting my server. Then i unshare my
adsl and change my client tcp/ip pref dns with my lan server and
restart. On next logon every error wipes out lan works find but no
internet.
-----------------------------
I need a way not to sharing adsl + my pref dns add of my server stay as
it in my client pc and when i need to use adsl it connect through my
lan and requests adsl and my server passes it to my client.
------------------------
I am using dns services
dhcp server on my local server
---------------------------
I used winproxy this solved the problem upto 99% but winproxy does not
support multiple smtp's and pop3's i am using diffrent kind of smtp's
and pop3's for my outlook express clients and again i am stucked there
where i was.

Please could any one tell me the solution I will be oblidged.

Best ragards.
