The original URL was to used outside of the lan but I found it would work
from within as well.

Well the paper wasn't really much help. Particulary in how the OWA is
set
up initially. I was able to get a better view of the error message on
the
http address. It is #403 which is a permissions error. I wonder if the
issue lies in my sonic wall pro200 fire wall.

As a second idea what services need to be running for this to work?

I noted that in my In ternet Services my Basic Website was turned off.
Tried to turn it on but it said the address was already in use. The
address
was the IP of my server.
