Adding existing win2000 server to sbs2000

Hi

We need to make a win2000+exchange2000 server part of an sbs2000 domain.
Both servers have their own users/mailboxes defined but we need all
users/mailboxes to be managed by sbs2000 domain. I have two questions;

1. We would like to retain the active directory and other settings on the
sbs2000 and only bring users from the win2000 server. What is the correct
way to make the win2000 server part of the sbs2000 domain without effecting
sbs2000 active directory settings in any adverse way?

2. What would be the correct way to transfer users across? Should we just
recreate them on sbs2000. There are not very many.

Thanks

Regards

.
