Either of the reg edits should work ... looks like this reg edit maybe the
preferred method:
The other option is to set the BurFlags value to D2 in the following
registry key:
HKLM\ SYSTEM\ CurrentControlSet\ Services\ NtFrs\ Parameters\
Backup/Restore\ Process at Startup
Stop NtFrs first; set the value and restart NtFrs.
