OK. So did you set up your router with separate subnets? Your description
makes it very difficult to work out what IP are bound to what NIC on what
machine. 255.255.255.224 (/27) would put 30 and 33 on different subnets, but
31 is the broadcast address and can't be used for a host. Have you checked
that the router supports more than one subnet and that you have forwarded
the port to the correct IP on the correct subnet?
If all that is correct, is the external DNS entry for the web server
correct (external IP of router)?
