I was surprised as I've normally found the wizards to be very effective.

Were both NICs in place at the time of the ISA install?


No, actually, only one was originally installed.

Have you run the ICW? (SBS console, 'Connect to the Internet')

I didn't perform the original SBS install, so I don't know if it was run before the second NIC was installed. I definitely ran it after the second NIC was installed, since that's the first time it's been connected to the Internet.
