When I am out of office I would like to habve possibility to check the mail.
One of the option is to use "Internet caffe". But of course I would not like
to leave some paswords at posession of Internet caffe owner (passwords
enabling him to access compnay server). Therefore I was thinging that it
would be good to instruct OUTLOOK, that when I am out off office it should
automatically forward the mail to some location (an external mailbox), which
can be accessed by internet explorer for example. This should be fairly
secure I suppose.
Of course it is possible to go to exchange program and make changes as you
told me but it is too complicated and in case of an employe without access
to the server it is impossible.
I wander. The out of ofice role works for internal users. Therefore it
should work for an external addresses asw well. Isnt it?
