Re: Slow web sites

Hi Stewart,

Thanks for your update. Sorry for my delayed response due to the weekend.

This issue is really weird, but you may try the following method to disable
the cache of this problematic site.

This method uses Routing Rules to control caching of specific sites or
URLs. To
prevent caching of a specific site and path, perform the following steps:

1. Create a Destination set that, partially or fully, defines the Site and
path whose caching you wish to regulate. For example:
Destination: ebay.co.uk
Path: /somePath*

NOTE: Do not specify "HTTP://"; when you create the destination set and the
path data is optional.

2. Create a routing rule that applies to this destination set:

- For processing requests, select "Retrieve them directly from the
specified destination".

- Set "Search cache for" to "Any version of the object, if non exists,
retrieve the request using the route defined on the action tab".

- Set "Cache content" to "No content will ever be cached".

3. After the wizard completes, set the order of the new rule to be above
any other rules that may apply to a similar Destination Set, including the
default rule that may applies to "Any Request".

If this does not work, please select "VALID version of the object, if non
exists, retrieve the request using the route defined on the action tab"
instead of ANY during STEP 2.

If the issue persists after above steps, please disable all HTTP caching
for a test.

Hope this helps.

Have a nice day!

Sincerely,
Tom Che
