A third way (on Rick and Dave's suggestions) - is to:
* Create a contact, say "fwdToUser". This will be the addy you want to
forward to. (If it's a user already on the network, you won't need to
create the contact, just select the user, see below...)
* In Users AD dig into each user (Advanced Features must be selected in
the View menu) into Exchange General tab you can select, Delivery
Options.
* In there, select Foward To, then add the contact you've created (or
user on the network), and ensure you tick also the Deliver messages to
both fowarding address and mailbox.
