Hi everyone:

I don't know how to answer this question to a friend who has asked me to
help him out, he is a minister at church and he has an SBS 2000 SP3 server
with 7 users.He runs exchange and a small SQL database. He said that he
never had applied patches, never had problems,(yes, I know, I'm was shocked
too.) I told him to do it ASP and apply the the SP4 and the SP4 rollup. I
remeber i did the SP$  a long time ago I need to know wich specific version
of SP4 he will need and what services he needs to shut down before
installing the SP4 , here is a list of what I found on the microsoft
website.a Could anyone please tell me which one is the correct one? Thanks
for your help.
