Yes He needs to get completely patched...being a
minister...only keeps him safe for a while :-)

Thanks Chris, any services he should shut down
before applying the patch? After aplying the SP4 will it be ok to go straight
and apply the SP4 rollup patch that came out last month?

everyone:
I don't know how to answer this question to a friend who
has asked me to
help him out, he is a minister at church and he has an
SBS 2000 SP3 server
with 7 users.He runs exchange and a small SQL
database. He said that he
never had applied patches, never had
problems,(yes, I know, I'm was shocked
too.) I told him to do it ASP
and apply the the SP4 and the SP4 rollup. I
remeber i did the
SP$ a long time ago I need to know wich specific version
of SP4
he will need and what services he needs to shut down before
installing
the SP4 , here is a list of what I found on the microsoft
website.a
Could anyone please tell me which one is the correct one? Thanks
for
